  • Coverage: All service fees for repairs, including diagnostics and labor, are covered for as long as you own the laptop.
  • Warranty (First 6 Months): For the first six months, we offer a Free warranty that includes free replacement parts (excluding batteries).

After the initial six-month period, while repair services will remain free under the standard warranty, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts unless you purchase an extended warranty.

Extended Warranty Options

To maintain comprehensive coverage beyond the initial six months, we offer extended warranty plans:

  • One-Year Extended Warranty: $100 per year
  • Two-Year Extended Warranty: $200 per year

Repair Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our repair services. Our certified technicians provide a 6 Months warranty on all repairs, covering both the labor and parts related to the repair.

Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the following items and conditions are not covered by any warranty:

  • Physical Damage: Includes damage from spills, drops, or other external impacts.
  • Keyboard Wear: Normal wear and tear on the keyboard.
  • LCD Screens: Cracked screens or shields, and issues with anti-glare coatings.
  • Batteries: Battery-related issues.
  • Touchscreens: Problems with touchscreens not installed by laptopstough.com .
  • Viruses: Any issues related to viruses or virus removal.
  • Operating System Changes: Alterations to the operating system, including updates.
  • Product Alterations: Any modifications, dismantling, or defacement of the laptop.
